Utilization of Dynamix on Demand's services constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Services
Dynamix on Demand provides two main services: Business Consulting and Personal Coaching. These services are offered on a flat-rate, pay-as-you-go basis.

No Contracts
Services are provided without any long-term contracts. Clients engage our services on a money-for-time basis, agreeing to pay for the time allocated to their consultation or coaching session.

Payments
All payments must be made in advance or at the time of service. The rates are clearly communicated and are non-negotiable. No hidden fees will be charged.

Cancellation Policy
If a client needs to cancel a session, they must do so within a specified period before the scheduled time to avoid charges. The specific cancellation window will be communicated at the time of booking.

Intellectual Property
Any materials, advice, or information provided during consulting or coaching sessions are the intellectual property of Dual Dynamix (Dynamix on Demand) and cannot be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without explicit permission.

Limitation of Liability
Dynamix on Demand is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services.

Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under these Terms & Conditions will be resolved through a mutually agreed-upon arbitration process.

Amendments
These Terms & Conditions can be amended at any time by Dynamix on Demand, with reasonable notice provided to existing clients.
